With over 31 years in the construction industry experience, Dave is an integral part of GSC’s core team and continuing success. Dave has been with the company since 2009 and has been an integral part of the Medical Office build out success. He manages the estimating and project management departments and oversees all projects in both Northern and Southern California.
Dennis is a vital part of the GSC team, as the General Superintendent he oversees all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion. Working closely with the GSC network of Vendors and Subcontractors.
As a Project Manager Geoff is in charge of coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects,overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs & overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Carrie role at GSC consists of creating project schedules that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management. Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports. Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise & build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each crew and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project .
